We ship only in India as of now. Orders are shipped through integrated e-commerce service with Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc. Orders are generally shipped on the same day or the next day but may take up to 03-10 working days depending on the number of orders and external factors from the date of placing the order and delivering of the shipment subject to the courier company / post office norms.

Packing charges will be added for 1 Dozen Box, 2 Dozen Box, 2.5 Dozen Box, 3 Dozen, etc shall be charged extra as per applicable.
If a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by customer (i.e., wrong name or address), any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from customer.

In India, some state governments levy the Octroi charge(s) when the product enters the state. The Octroi charge(s) is/are payable by the recipient at the time of delivery. The courier will collect the Octroi amount from the recipient at the time of delivery.This product is free from GST based on direct purchase with Shivshakti Devgad Hapus Mangoes with Cash on Delivery, and GST charge will show up on e-commerce online orders based on category if not exempted by Central Government of India. For US customers the California Sales Tax of 8.85% will be added to price & logistic shipping within USA.

None of the orders will be delivered if any customer/buyer does any charge back transaction or disputes the payment with our payment gateway or banker for the return of the amount. No products will be delivered till the time all the disputes are resolved between the banker and you, and the confirmation of payment is received from our banker. 
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. So we reserve the right to cancel the order, which is not lawful to fulfill. In that case, the remitted amount for the canceled order will be refunded back. 
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Generally, the delivery of the ordered products takes 4 to 10 working days from the date of purchase.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. In accordance with the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kilogram. Shipping Rates (Delivery Cost) has to be paid extra while purchasing Mangoes.

Order Cancellation

As you are aware, once you place an order with https://www.arkonkandelights.com promoted by AtharvaRaj Konkan Delights, we and our group of farmer members harvests the fruits to process your orders. You are aware that once the fruits are harvested, orders placed and paid for will not be cancelled for fresh Alphonso mangoes. We may, at our sole discretion, consider postponement of your order, provided we get your update within 24 Hours of Order placed, and we are operationally in a position to do so.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include:
  • Non-serviceable Pin code or Zipcode,
  • Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
  • Any quality complaints received about manufacturer.
  • Any problems identified by our quality assurance team or complaint received about any specific product/batch.
  • Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
  • Any fraudulent address or any fraudulent transaction done by using a credit card, debit card, Net Banking, e-wallet, crypto or any bank.
  • Wrong/fake address of the user. 
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion/part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order or any delay for the partial products.

Cancellation by Customer:

We also understand that various circumstances may arise, which may lead you to want to return a product or products that are not defective. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products if the product send is not perishable or its due date is not in the next 3 Days. If customer cancels order before 24 Hours or product being shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

As per Refund and Return Policy:

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
  • Cancellations are allowed without any question asked with a reversal of the full amount paid by the customer only if customer cancels order before 24 Hours or product being shipped. Post Product Shipped 20% Deduction Charges will be applicable. Please contact our customer support team immediately at (Number is yet to be decided) or email us at support@arkonkandelights.com to assist you in the cancellation of your order.
  • Cancellation will be accepted by verification of the product and product batch number, which was shipped and printed on the invoice. It should match the returned product as per our records while shipping.
  • In case of any octroi paid by the courier company while delivering the product (s) and order is cancelled by customer will have to bear the Octroi charges for the same as well for return city if any.

In the case of damaged or defective products:

  • Do not worry, if, upon delivery of the product, you find that the product is received in damaged condition. 
  • Do not accept the product shipment and refuse to accept the shipment as well as return the shipment immediately with the same courier.
  • Immediately notify our Customer Support team at (Number is yet to be decided) or mail us at care@arkonkandelights.com with Photographs/Evidences/Videos. We will refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference, after necessary verifications. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with damaged or defective products. No Damage or Defective Complaint will be entertained without Photographs/Evidences/Videos.(NOTE: Any opened product or seal broken product will not be accepted as a return.)

In case of a different product dispatched:

  • Do not worry. If, upon delivery of the product, you discover that we have dispatched a different product, we will refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with the products in unopened / sealed condition. 
  • Immediately notify our Customer Support call at (Number is yet to be decided) or email us at care@arkonkandelights.com with Photographs/ Videos/ Evidences.
  • You have to notify immediately within 24 Hours of Delivered Time. Please note that the packing picture shown on the website may or may not be the same as manufacturer keep on changing in case of the product return is due to packing change it will not be accepted as a normal return or different product dispatched.
  • If the product delivered is past its expiry date, we will give you Coupons for your future purchase as we https://www.arkonkandelights.com promoted by AtharvaRaj Konkan Delights have no control on courier systems or its delivery delays. Please notify if you received expired product immediately notify our Customer Support team at (Number is yet to be decided) or care@arkonkandelights.com within 24 Hours of receiving the product.
  • If the order is cancelled by the customer after the product has been shipped, then the customer has to pay 20% of the restocking charges, product cost and shipping charges to AtharvaRaj Konkan Delights.
If the order is cancelled by the customer and the order contains Alphonso Mangoes, packing charges of Rs. 100 will be debited from the customer account during the refund.
