Cancellation by Customer:
As per Refund and Return Policy:
- Cancellations are allowed without any question asked with a reversal of the full amount paid by the customer only if customer cancels order before 24 Hours or product being shipped. Post Product Shipped 20% Deduction Charges will be applicable. - Cancellation will be accepted by verification of the product and product batch number, which was shipped and printed on the invoice. It should match the returned product as per our records while shipping.
- In case of any octroi paid by the courier company while delivering the product (s) and order is cancelled by customer will have to bear the Octroi charges for the same as well for return city if any.
In the case of damaged or defective products:
- Do not worry, if, upon delivery of the product, you find that the product is received in damaged condition.
- Do not accept the product shipment and refuse to accept the shipment as well as return the shipment immediately with the same courier.
- Immediately notify our Customer Support team at (Number is yet to be decided) or mail us at care@arkonkandelights.com with Photographs/Evidences/Videos. We will refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference, after necessary verifications. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with damaged or defective products. No Damage or Defective Complaint will be entertained without Photographs/Evidences/Videos.(NOTE: Any opened product or seal broken product will not be accepted as a return.)
In case of a different product dispatched:
- Do not worry. If, upon delivery of the product, you discover that we have dispatched a different product, we will refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference. The contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with the products in unopened / sealed condition.

- You have to notify immediately within 24 Hours of Delivered Time. Please note that the packing picture shown on the website may or may not be the same as manufacturer keep on changing in case of the product return is due to packing change it will not be accepted as a normal return or different product dispatched.
